Automation · Custom software · AI where it pays

The manual work in your business, done by software.

We automate the processes your team repeats by hand, build the software you cannot buy off the shelf, and put AI to work where it actually pays. Tell us what is manual today and we will tell you what it would take to hand it off.

What we do

Three ways in. Find the one that sounds like your week.

01

Automation

Someone on your team re-keys the same data into two systems every week, and the spreadsheet everyone depends on is one bad paste away from being wrong.

What we build
A service that moves the data itself, on a schedule or on a trigger, with a record of what it did and an alert when something needs a human.
What changes
The work still happens, on time, without anyone remembering to do it — and the errors that came from re-typing stop happening at all.
02

Custom software

You have outgrown the spreadsheet, the off-the-shelf tool does 60% of the job, and the other 40% is the part your business actually runs on.

What we build
A focused application built around how you already work: your data model, your rules, your integrations, deployed somewhere you control.
What changes
One system holds the truth instead of four, and the process that lived in one person’s head is written down in software that anyone can run.
03

AI where it pays

You know AI should be doing something here, but every demo you have seen is either a toy or a subscription that does not touch your actual data.

What we build
A narrow, measurable use of a language model inside your own workflow — reading documents, drafting the reply, classifying the queue — with limits and a human check where the stakes are real.
What changes
The judgment calls that ate an afternoon get made in seconds, and you can tell exactly which ones a person still needs to look at.

How it works

No commitment until you have a fixed price in writing.

  1. A review call, free

You describe what is manual or broken. We ask the questions that decide whether software helps, and you leave with a written recommendation — including when the honest answer is that you do not need us.

  2. A proposal with a price on it

Fixed scope, fixed price, a date. You know what you are buying before you commit, and the proposal says plainly what is not included.

  3. Built in weekly increments

You see working software every week, not a status report. If something is wrong, we find out in week two rather than at delivery.

  4. Handed over, properly

The code, the accounts and the documentation are yours. Ongoing support is available and entirely optional — never a condition of getting your own system.

What we have built

AutoFlow is a multi-tenant invoice management system of our own: it tracks what a business is owed and what it owes, categorises invoices, and chases payment automatically. It is built on .NET and SQL Server with Auth0 for identity, and it is the clearest example of what we do — a real system, designed, built and shipped end to end.

Questions

What does this cost?

Most first projects land between $500 and $15,000 — a single automation at the small end, a full application at the large one. You get a fixed price before any work starts, and the review call is free and carries no obligation.

How long does it take?

A focused automation is usually two to four weeks. A custom application is typically six to twelve. You get a date in the proposal, not an estimate that drifts.

Who owns the code?

You do — outright, including the repository and the deployment accounts. There is no license to keep paying and nothing held back to keep you tied in.

What if it does not work?

Weekly increments exist so that you see the problem early, while changing course is still cheap. If the first increment shows the approach is wrong, we say so and we stop.

Do you work with the tools we already have?

That is usually the whole job. QuickBooks, Excel, Google Workspace, a CRM, an ERP, an internal database — the work is normally connecting what you already run, not replacing it.

What happens after launch?

You can take it in-house, or keep us on a support arrangement sized to what you actually need. The handover is complete either way.
